How to I signup for this Special Offer?
We will send you a letter once your new UTV Talk account is activated. This generally takes between 7-10 working days. In your activation letter, we will give you a Promotional Code and a telephone number which will connect you with one of our experienced Customer Support Agents. This Agent can then guide you through the setup of your new Dialup account on your home PC.
Who will this Special Offer benefit?
Anyone who is low user of the internet, or even somebody connecting to the internet for the first time will benefit. You only pay for each minute you are online and there is no monthly subscription. If you opt not to use it at all, then you don’t pay a thing! Why not try the service for 3 months and see how you get on.
What is the small print?
This offer is only available to customers who signup to UTV Talk and who use 0845 247 6397, no other dial up connection number is applicable with this offer. In order to benefit from the 50% savings on UTV’s dialup number, your voice calls must be going through our telecoms supplier’s network. In most cases, this can take up to 7-10 working days after we process your application.
