- UTV Talk 1471
- Get the number of the last person who called you
- Call Return Erasure (1475)
- Dialing 1471 advises you the last inward-calling number. If you want to erase this information, dial 1475, and this will replace the normal advice of caller's number with "number withheld". This will normally not work if you permanently withhold your number. You need to dial 1470 to override the withhold number before dialing 1475. These services are free.
- Three Way Calling
- Allows you to set up a three way call where each participant pays at normal dialed rates for the part of the call that they dialed.

- Book an alarm call.
- Call Diversion
- Once set up all calls to a line are diverted to the number specified by the user. The divert to number can be changed/activated/deactivated at any time using the telephone keypad. The diverted part of the call is charged to the renter of the service at customer prevailing tariff for the destination diverted to; calling customers pay the call charge only to the number dialed. When using the Call Diversion service, it is not possible to divert calls using Indirect Access codes. Where a customer is set up on CPS the diverted call will route via the CPS.

- The number of a caller is shown on the customer’s telephone equipment, where the customer has compatible equipment to display the telephone number.
- Call Waiting
- Call Waiting lets you know that someone else is calling by playing a discreet signal while you are talking.

- Block calls from withheld or anonymous numbers.

- Smart Divert + Bypass Number
- If you only have a single BT line but would still like your calls transferred to you, you can have a 'Bypass' number from BT. This is a different phone number that BT gives you which works on your existing single line but ignores any call divert settings.
- Call Return
- Provides an announcement giving the time and date of the last call and the ability to return the call by dialing 3. The subsequent call is charged at normal dialed rates. Customers can withhold their number on a per call basis by prefixing that number with 141.
