| Recent changes to the wholesale costs relating to broadband have meant that we have modified our cancellation fee. The longer you stay with UTV Internet, the cheaper it is to leave. | ||

- We require a 30 day notice period.
- We do not charge a fee to give a customer a MAC code if they decide to move to a different provider.
- Customers moving house will still have to pay the cancellation fees applicable to them.
- Customers wanting to cancel their Clicksilver Service must return the modem supplied by UTV Internet during signup.
