The speed of your Clicksilver Broadband connection is subject to a line test and will depend on various factors, for example, proximity to your local phone exchange and local availability. If your line does not support up to 7.6Mb, we will order the fastest speed available on your line. back up

Download limits apply to Clicksilver Lite, Clicksilver One, Clicksilver and Clicksilver Plus, with a Fair Usage Policy applicable to customers who are on unlimited usage. Terms and Conditions apply.

Clicksilver Lite is a timed broadband package and is designed for infrequent internet usage. Clicksilver Lite has 2 caps; both in terms of time on line and information downloaded each month. We advise ALL customers to switch off their modem and PC when NOT in use to avoid being charged for over usage. If you go over the 20 hours per month, we will charge you 3.5 cents per minute up to a maximum of 750 minutes per calendar month (€26.95.) The maximum you will be charged based on the first 3 months charged at €5.99, for going over 20 hours online will be €32.94 (per calendar month). If you exceed your 6GB download limit in any given month, you will be charged 1.26 cent per Mb. back up

This offer is available to new, first time sign-ups. Wireless compatible computer or adapter required. The Wireless modem is a Netgear DG834 G and you must have an Ethernet port on your PC, Laptop or MAC for it to work if you are not utilizing the wireless capability. Range in ideal conditions is up to 50 metres indoors and up to 250 metres outdoors. The Netgear wireless modem remains the property of UTV Internet at all times and it must be returned to the following address if you terminate your service:

UTV Internet, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 1EB.

Failure to return the wireless modem will result in a charge of €60.00 as well as the normal cancellation charges, where applicable. UTV Internet reserves the right to remove this offer at any time; this promotion is available while stocks last and it is for new signups or customers migrating to Clicksilver from another Internet Service provider.
