Recent changes to the wholesale costs relating to broadband have meant that we have modified our cancellation fee. The longer you stay with UTV Internet, the cheaper it is to leave.
CHARGES/FEES	UP TO 12 MONTHS	12 MONTHS+
CANCELLATION	£80.00 This comprises: £40.00 connection fee £40.00 cancellation fee	£60.00 This comprises: £40.00 connection fee £20.00 cancellation fee
MIGRATION AWAY	£40.00 This comprises: £40.00 connection fee This covers the set-up fee for broadband which was initially paid for by UTV Internet when you signed up.	£40.00 This comprises: £40.00 connection fee This covers the set-up fee for broadband which was initially paid for by UTV Internet when you signed up.

We require a 30 day notice period.
We do not charge a fee to give a customer a MAC code if they decide to move to a different provider.
Customers moving house will still have to pay the cancellation fees applicable to them.
Customers wanting to cancel their Clicksilver Service must return the modem supplied by UTV Internet during signup.

These Terms and Conditions apply to customers signing up or changing product on or after Thursday 6th April 2006.
